No. Our classes are designed for absolute beginners. If you have prior jewellery making experience, please let us know and we can tweak the course so you are more challenged. If experience is needed, it will be stated in the course description.
No. As we strive to keep our class numbers small, once you have booked into a course, your money is not refundable.
Yes. If you have booked into a workshop and you can’t attend, you are welcome to gift your spot to another adult. All financial transactions will take place between you and them. Please let us know the details (course name, your name, replacement’s name and mobile number) via email of this change.
Yes. Once you have purchased a spot in the workshop, in the notes section at the checkout please tell us the recipient’s name, mobile phone number, special message from you and email or postal address, and a gift voucher will be sent ASAP. If you are wanting to purchase a gift voucher for a specific amount, either send us an email or pop into Studio Melt during opening hours.
Yes, we most certainly do. Please send us an email detailing what it is you are after and we will get back to you ASAP.

Yes, you most certainly can. Simply indicate the number of spots you wish to purchase by clicking the + or – symbol when purchasing.
Yes. It is possible to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the remainder due 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the workshop. Please email us to receive payment instructions.
Yes, we do. Please email us detailing your content, venue, date and time preference and we will be in contact shortly to work with you to create an unforgettable event.
